To create a new account, please click the "My Account" on top of the page, and then fill out the appropriate information.

Back to TopQ2. How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, please login with your email address and password from "My Account".

Back to TopQ3. What should I do if I forgot my login password?

To retrieve your password, please click on "Forgot Password" at the "My Account" page, enter your email address and the answer of security question. We will send your password to your email address.

Back to TopQ4. Can I leave the feedback?

Yes, you can send a feedback email to feedback@4mall.com.au. Please put the order number as the title of the email.

Back to TopQ5. What is "My Watch"?

With "My Watch", you can track items that you're interested in. You can:

1.Add an item to your "My Watch" list.

2.Delete an item from your "My Watch" list.

3.You can track the price of your interested item(s).

Yes, you can click "Enquiry Newsletters" at Home page, then fill out the appropriate information. We will send you our newsletter frequently.
