Back to TopQ1. How do I place an order?

We have three simple steps for ordering:

Step1: Browse the item you wish to purchase - by inputting the keyword in the search file located on the top left of the page, or click on the category list on the left of the page.

Step2: When you have found the products you would like to purchase , simply click the "Add To Cart" button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart).

Step3: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the "Checkout" button located on the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details.

Back to TopQ2. How do I get my Tax invoice?

Once your payment has been confirmed by us, you can get a copy of the Tax Invoice from "My Account".

Back to TopQ3. Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?

You can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. Usually we proceed your order once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.

Back to TopQ4. Why would all the items in my shopping cart no longer become available when I check out?

Sorry we cannot hold the item for you. Our stock is managed on a first check out - first sold basis. If the item you have selected is no longer available when you check out, that means someone has completed the check out before you.

Back to TopQ5. Why would my order be cancelled when I prepare to pay for my order?

Your order will be cancelled and the item returned to our inventory if we could not confirm your payment in 3 business days after you have placed your order. But usually we will notify you via email or phone.

Back to TopQ6. How do I check my order status?

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within one working day. Tracking information will then be sent to your email address, or you may find the tracking information from "My Account".

Back to TopQ7. Where can I find my previous orders record?

Simply login your account, then all pervious orders you have made will be shown in "Order History"

Back to TopQ8. Why do I receive a different item to what I have ordered?

We apologise for what may have been an error incurred from our dispatch centre. Please contact us with your order number. We will resolve this mistake as soon as possible.

Back to TopQ9. What can I do, if the item I wish to order is out of stock?

You can click on "Inform Me" and we will send you an email to alert you about the restocking time.

Back to TopQ10. Where can I change my payment method?

Simply login your account, then click on "My Account"->"Order History", all previous orders you have made will be shown. Then click the order which you want to change. Click the button "Continue Checkout".
